Book-keeper

Job Summary

The Bookkeeper is responsible for recording and maintaining the business’ financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. The bookkeeper will record financial data into Quick books desktop, which is used to produce our financial statements.

  • Produce work with a high level of accuracy

  • Professionalism and organization skills

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

  • Monitor financial transactions and reports

  • Process accounts receivables and payables

  • File monthly GCT and payroll with TAJ

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with QuickBooks is highly required

  • At least two (2) years in a similar position

  • Excellent Analytical and decision-making skills

  • Excellent Accounting and Administrative Skills

  • Excellent time and organizational management skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Good customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to explain financial reports to individuals and groups of various experience levels

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Detail-oriented and highly confidential

  • High level of integrity and loyalty

  • Understanding of accounting best practices
